1. Automobile drivers must hold a large bus driving license.
2. The auxiliary transmission must be disengaged from the hydraulic oil pump.
3.  Pay attention to the clearance height of bridges and tunnels.
4. The speed should generally not exceed 30 kilometers per hour, and in suburban areas, it should not exceed 40 kilometers per hour.
5. No personnel should remain in the work basket (platform).

Operating Requirements
The parking position selection should be on solid ground, with the overall vehicle inclination not exceeding 3°, and the warning flashing lights turned on. The working height and wind (Bowfort); for wind speeds of 6 levels or below, it is suitable to work at a height of less than 10 meters; for wind speeds of 5 levels or below, it is suitable to work at a height of 11 to 20 meters; for wind speeds of 4 levels or below, it is suitable to work at a height of 21 to 30 meters. Start the oil pump, press down the car clutch, pull up the hand brake, put the transmission in neutral, pull the hydraulic oil pump clutch lever, so that the hydraulic oil pump is in working condition. After the hydraulic oil pump runs for 2 to 5 minutes, you can then operate each action handle. The operation of the aerial work vehicle should be undertaken by trained personnel who hold an operation certificate. Operators must concentrate, prevent misoperation, and strictly prohibit operating under the influence of alcohol. First, extend the outriggers, and if necessary, place pads under the outrigger pads to ensure that the vehicle is level. When operating the control handles, be smooth and avoid sudden movements to prevent excessive inertial swinging of the boom and accidents. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the technical parameters and working range specified by the equipment. Personnel on the work platform (platform) should wear safety belts. When raising and lowering the work platform (platform), alternate movements of the upper and lower arms should be made to ensure that the work platform (platform) is in the best lift radius state, and it is strictly forbidden to use the boom for other purposes. During operation, operators should pay attention to the safe distance between the work platform (platform), arm and high and low voltage conductors, telephone lines, buildings, large trees, billboards, lighting decorations, etc. The driver on duty is responsible for ground safety and pays attention to vehicles coming and going. For vehicles with a working height of more than 25 meters, in addition to setting up safety signs and fences, one or two additional guardians are required on the ground besides the driver. If during operation, abnormal sounds or sudden external leakage of hydraulic fluid are found in the hydraulic system, stop working immediately and wait until inspection or repair before continuing work. If there is a fault in the hydraulic system and the boom cannot move, try to safely evacuate personnel from the work platform (platform) and notify professional maintenance personnel for handling. After completing the job, return the work platform (platform) and boom to their original positions, retract the outriggers, disconnect the hydraulic oil pump, release the hand brake, and only then start driving.

principle:I. Power Take-Off Device The power take-off device consists of an oil pump, a power take-off gear, and a flexible shaft pull wire. It is used to transfer the power output from the aerial work platform vehicle to the oil pump, converting it into hydraulic energy. When the handle installed in the driver's cab of the aerial work platform vehicle is operated, it engages or disengages the power take-off gear with the power take-off output gear inside the transmission through the flexible shaft pull wire, allowing the oil pump to start or stop working. II. Rotation Mechanism The rotation mechanism comprises a hydraulic motor, a planetary gear reducer, and a slewing bearing. Its operating principle is as follows: The hydraulic motor drives the reducer, which rotates the small gear on its output shaft to push the slewing bearing, causing the turntable to rotate. III. Central Rotary Coupling The central rotary coupling is installed at the center of the turntable's rotation and is used to solve the problem where the auxiliary frame remains relatively stationary on the ground while rotating upwards during operation. This allows for the transfer of hydraulic fluid and electrical energy from the lower vehicle to the upper vehicle. Due to the function of the slip rings, hydraulic pipes and wires do not become twisted. IV. Hydraulic System The hydraulic system is powered by a single main pump, with a working pressure of 14 MPa and a flow rate of 25 L/min. The working pressure is regulated by a safety valve. When leaving the factory, our company has already adjusted this setting. When the power take-off gear is engaged, it drives the main oil pump to operate, and the oil in the tank passes through the oil pump output to reach the outrigger control valve. After completing the outrigger operations, move the distribution handle to the upper vehicle position; at this time, hydraulic oil switches from the outrigger circuit to the upper vehicle circuit, enabling the upper vehicle components to start working.

maintenance:Maintenance and repair of any technical equipment on the vehicle requires maintenance and repairs. The scope and frequency of maintenance are determined by the working condition of the aerial work platform. According to different maintenance rules and intervals, maintenance is divided into three categories. Preparatory work for maintenance and requirements for maintaining work reliability are discussed in the maintenance manual. Inspection and maintenance require skilled techniques, which cannot be obtained from the instruction manual. To perform this task, it is recommended that personnel receive training at the Benz Service Station. To maintain good repairs, one needs skilled experience, factory technical data, workshop equipment, and maintenance tools. A reminder sign for maintenance should be attached to the door next to the driver's seat by the service station. Any repairs and maintenance should be based on the working conditions of the aerial work platform. Lubricants, fuel, coolant should be placed in a basin or similar container, not on the ground (environmental pollution). Do not run the engine for long periods. When operating on the vehicle, pay attention to safety regulations. For lubrication, the maximum pressure of the grease gun should not exceed 400 bar. Grease guns without safety devices may damage bearings, ball joints, seals, etc. Before greasing, ensure that the lubricating oil nozzle of Dongfeng 145 aerial work platform is clean; before removing the drain plug, make sure it is clean. Specialized equipment for lubrication should be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions. Required specialized tools such as a set of universal tools and torque wrenches can be supplied by the service station spare parts department.
