Dongfeng Tianlong tanker is a special vehicle used for the transportation and storage of petroleum derivatives (such as gasoline, diesel oil, crude oil, lubricating oil, coal tar and other oil products), with a variety of functions and characteristics.

 

Function

It can realize oil absorption and oil pumping, and can be used for packaging and distribution of various oil products. Some models can also be independently divided into compartments to meet the simultaneous transportation needs of different oil products.

 

Structure and composition

l Chassis: The Dongfeng Tianlong series chassis is selected, commonly paired with engines of different horsepower, such as the Longqing 350-horsepower engine, and equipped with transmissions from brands like FAWST, offering various gear configurations including 9-speed and 10-speed. The chassis also features comfort options like air suspension and airbags, as well as safety features such as a driving recorder, speed limiter, and ABS.
l Tank Body: Made from various materials, including high-quality carbon steel plates produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company, as well as aluminum alloys (such as Type 5083 magnesium aluminum alloy). Tank shapes include square, round, oval, and circular. Advanced butt welding technology is used, followed by shot blasting pretreatment and high-pressure gas leak testing. The tank body can be single or multi-chambered, with wave barriers installed inside to reduce oil impact.
l Pipeline system: composed of oil pump (self-priming pump, gear pump, etc.), three-way four-position ball valve, two-way ball valve, filter screen, pipeline, etc.
