It can also be used for the emergency treatment of sudden environmental pollution accidents. By making full use of vacuum technology, the dual anti-overflow pump device can better prevent the overflow of the tank and extend the service life of the vacuum pump. The overall vehicle is reasonably designed in structure, excellent in performance, and flexible and easy to operate. 1.Maintain the appropriate rotation speed of the oil pump and vacuum pump. If the rotation speed of the vacuum pump is too high, the rotor will heat up more severely; if the rotation speed is too low, it will cause additional impacts on the engine and components, affecting their service life. In order to achieve the appropriate working rotation speed, please adjust the hand throttle to the best position in advance according to the pump type. 2. Unload and tip the tank on a flat ground. Unloading and tipping the tank on an inclined road surface will cause torsional deformation of various components, leading to failures, and it may also cause rollover accidents. 3. When lifting the tank body, first open the locking device, then open the rear cover of the tank body, and finally lift the tank body. Before lifting the tank body, more than half of the sewage must be drained, and it is strictly prohibited to lift the tank when it is full. 4. When the power take-off of the oil pump and vacuum pump is in operation, the engine should be at idle speed, and fully depress the clutch pedal. After turning on the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch pedal. 5. When the vehicle is in motion, the high-pressure pump and the oil pump are in a stopped working state. 6. It is not allowed for this vehicle to suck in materials larger than the diameter of the rubber hose, and it is not allowed to transport waste oil and hazardous substances. 7. When entering the bottom of the tank or performing maintenance while the tank is in the lifted and tipped state, support rods and safety stoppers must be used. |
