| Chassis configuration | Chassis configuration: It adopts Shaanxi Automobile Delong rear double - bridge chassis. The cab is white (colors are optional). It is equipped with a Weichai 300 - horsepower National VI engine (a Weichai 350 - horsepower engine can be optionally installed). There is an original factory double - layer frame. The transmission is a Fast 8 - speed gearbox (with high and low gears). The wheelbase is 4375 + 1400 mm. It uses 1100 steel - wire tires. The original factory ABS is included. It has power steering, a clutch booster, air brake, and a heating and cooling air - conditioner. Configuration: 1. The sewage tank has a volume of 18.5 cubic meters, made of high-quality steel plates from Wuhan Iron and Steel. The wall thickness is 8 mm, and anti-surge plates are reasonably designed in the middle of the tank. 2. Install a Shandong Zibo 2BE204 water circulation pump (or a dual 10-ton oil circulation vacuum pump). 3. Install an anti-overflow valve, and add a stainless steel filter to the vacuum pipe (to prevent impurities from entering the pump). 4. Install a DN100 shock-resistant pressure gauge at the position of the sewage suction four-way valve, which can withstand the vibration of the working environment and reduce the pulsation impact of the medium pressure. 5. One DN100 sewage suction port, a rear 600 hydraulic sewage discharge port, and one DN150 sewage discharge port. 6. The tank has a lifting and self-unloading function. The rear sewage discharge port can be hydraulically opened and is equipped with a locking device. Notes: • "DN" (Diameter Nominal) is used for pipeline specifications to comply with international standards. • Technical terms (e.g., "anti-surge plates," "shock-resistant pressure gauge") are translated according to mechanical engineering conventions. • "600" for the sewage discharge port is assumed to be a nominal diameter (e.g., DN600) and is presented as "600" for consistency with the original text. Adjust according to actual technical requirements if necessary.
